The Challenger Center for Space Science Education presents astronaut Richard Garriott live from the UK Challenger Center in Leicester, England. He is the 6th private explorer to travel to the International Space Station (ISS) and is also a renowned video game developer. He is also the first second-generation American in space (his father Owen Garriott was a NASA astronaut). The webcast will also feature Dr. June Scobee Rodgers, Founding Chairman of the Challenger Center.

The webcast will discuss the Garriott UK space science challenge and speak with winners of the challenge. The program allowed students from the UK to design experiments for Richard Garriott to carry out on the ISS.

Submit questions to Richard Garriott using the event website chat feature.

The Challenger Center is a non-profit organizational founded by families of the astronauts lost on the Challenger Space Shuttle in 1986.
