The Duke University School of Law in Durham, NC presents Professor James Boyle in "A Song's Tale: Mashups, Borrowing, and the Law." He will tell the story of a song protesting the government's response to Hurricane Katrina. The song was based on the works by Kanye West, Ray Charles, and more.
