The Union Square Barnes & Noble in New York City is hosting a release party for bestselling author Christopher Paolini's new book Brisingr. The book is being released on September 20, 2008.

Gerard Doyle, narrator of Inheritance Cycle audio books, will present and Paolini will read from his book and hold a Q&A session.

Christopher Paolini, born in 1983 in California, is the author of the Inheritance Cycle, consisting of Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, and an untitled fourth book. Paolini now lives in Montana. The Inheritance cycle is a young-adult fantasy series set in the mythical world of Alagaësia. Together, New York Times bestsellers Eragon and Eldest have sold over 12.5 million copies worldwide.
