Authors Dave Barry and Frank McCourt will make an appearance at the 2008 Miami Book Fair International.

Dave Barry became famous as a Pulitzer-Prize winning humor columnist for The Miami Herald (1983-2005). His books include History of the Millennium (So Far) and Science Fair: A Story of Mystery, Danger, International Suspense, and a Very Nervous Frog, which he co-wrote with Ridley Pearson.

Irish author Frank McCourt wrote the Pulitzer Prize winning Angela's Ashes, a memoir of his childhood. He also wrote Teacher Man about his time as a New York City public school teacher.
