The Cato Institute in Washington, D.C. presents a panel discussion on Free to Booze - The 75th Anniversary of the Repeal of Prohibition. Prohibition was ended on December 5, 1933 when the 21st Amendment to the Constitution was ratified. The panel will discuss the history and the continuing impacts of the national ban on alcohol. Brandon Arnold from the Cato Institute will moderate the discussion.

The panel will include -
