Serge Saxonov and Alexander Wong from 23andMe present at Stanford University's Computer Systems Colloquium. Their session is entitled Inventing Personal Genomics - Behind the Scenes at 23andMe. TIME magazine named the 23andMe retail DNA test the best invention of 2008. The controversial testing kit, which costs $399, analyzes saliva for estimated predispositions for over 90 traits and conditions such as Parkinson's Disease to baldness.

Serge Saxonov is the Founding Research and Development Architect and Alexander Wong is Director of Products. Both attended Harvard University and they were two of the three original 23andME employees.
