Project Masiluleke is a project from the Pop!Tech Accelerator. The accelerator incubates programs that foster interdisciplinary solutions to pressing global problems by joining world-class companies, foundations, NGOs, funders, and thought leaders. Project Masiluleke is a breakthrough approach helping to fight the HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis (TB) epidemics in South Africa and beyond. The project uses mobile technology to encourage men and women to get tested for HIV/AIDS and TB. Almost 90% of South Africans have access to a mobile devise and the project could mobilize hundreds of thousands of men and women to get tested for these diseases.

Partners in Project Masiluleke include iTeach, the Praekelt Foundation, frog design, Nokia Siemens Networks and the National Geographic Society.
