The Berkman Luncheon Series presents Berkman Fellow and well-known blogger Doc Searls in a discussion entitled "The Intention Economy: What Happens When Customers Get Real Power." He will discuss a potential shift from Customer Relationship Management systems by companies to Vendor Relationship Management by customers as customers gain more control over their relationships with companies.
