CrunchGear presents live coverage of Apple's announcement of the release of their new notebook computers.

CrunchGear has reported that Gene Munster from Piper Jaffray, an investment banking firm, has stated that the new MacBooks will be priced starting at $899 or $999. The computers are also reported to have a premium aluminum casing.
