The Cato Institute in Washington, D.C. holds a policy forum entitled "Mexico's Drug War: The Growing Crisis on Our Southern Border." The panel will discuss the growing drug-related violence in Mexico (over 6,800 drug-war related deaths in Mexico since January 2007). They will also discuss possible drug-related policies for Barack Obama's admistration.

The panel will feature:

Ethan Nadelmann - Executive Director of the Drug Policy Alliance Network
Vanda Felbab-Brown - Foreign Policy Fellow at the Brookings Institution
