MTV will webcast its coverage of Barack Obama's official Youth Inaugural Ball from the Hilton Washington in Washington, D.C. Barack Obama will make an appearance and speak to young people about becoming engaged in national and community service. Sway Calloway from MTV News will host the coverage with correspondents Kim Stolz and Tim Kash and MTV TR3s VJ Carlos Santos. The program will also include coverage of community service events from Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Kid Rock, Kanye West, and Fall Out Boy are scheduled to perform at the ball.
