Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, OH presents Paul Clement in a lecture entitled "The Roberts Court as a Business Court."  Paul Clement is a partner at King &amp; Spalding and a former Solicitor General at the US Department of Justice.  He is also a Senior Fellow at the Supreme Court Institute and a Visiting Professor at Georgetown University Law Center.

The lecture will discuss business interest cases to be covered by the Supreme Court this year as well as trends in the Supreme Court's handing of cases.</description>
